MATH- 2106-F: MATH-2106-F

Hi everyone,

I'll be out of town this week, for a research workshop at the American Institute of Mathematics in San Jose, CA.  Dr. Rainer Sinn will be covering the classes for me. Dr. Sinn's research is in algebra, and he is currently teaching Math 4150, Number Theory.

Dr. Sinn will collect the reading assignments, but I won't be able to return the exam or the reading assignments until I come back next week.  I will not have office hours, but please feel free to email me or post on Piazza with any questions or concerns.

A couple of students asked me where they can find more resources or practice problems. It's a good idea to attempt all problems in our textbook (Hammack).  In particular, the list of problems at the end of Chapter 9 is pretty good.

Here are two other free textbooks.  They also contain exercises with solutions.
