Description
This course introduces the most important data structures available in the R statistical programming language and their applications. Methodologies to import data from external sources (files, databases, on-line resources), to manipulate and transform data, and to save/export data to data repositories are covered. The course also covers how to compute descriptive statistics and how to build charts for data visualization. Some R data manipulation and visualization libraries are also covered.
