Description
In this course we will cover a broad introduction to algorithm design and analysis. Over the next semester we will study a variety of analytical techniques, data structures, design techniques, and of course algorithms.
This course forms the foundation of Computer Science. From machine learning to cryptography, the principles we cover underlie every advanced topic in the field.
Prerequisites: CSCI 055 PO and CSCI 062 PO; CSCI 055 PO and CSCI 070 HM; CSCI 062 PO and MATH 055 HM; or CSCI 070 HM and MATH 055 HM.
