This is the official web site for the module Distributed System of the MoS in Engineering in Computer Science.
This course is a 6 CFU module all taught in the first semester.
Lectures start on October 5th 2020 and will end on December 18th 2020.
Lectures will be given in blended mode. More details will be announced as soon as they will be available.

- 3rd session: May 31st, 2021. The exam will be held in presence in Rooms A4 and A5 in Via Ariosto 25.
- 4th session: July 1st, 2021. The exam will be held in presence in Rooms A6 and A7 in Via Ariosto 25.
- 5th session: September 1st, 2021. The exam will be held in presence in Rooms A6 and A7 in Via Ariosto 25.

Exam Rules
1. In order to be admitted to the exam, every student must book him/herself using the appropriate Exam Registration Form.
- the registration form can be found in the section Resources/Exam Registration Form
- if not explicitly stated in the announcements, the deadline for the registration is conventionally 3 days before the exam.
2. The exam is composed of a written test. The oral part of the exam is not mandatory and can be required by the student.
- if you decide to take also the oral part, your mark will be the results of both written and oral test.
- the written exam will be composed of a list of questions (see past exams as an example). No supporting material (e.g., book, lectures notes, personal notes etc.) is allowed during the written exam.
- the oral exam will be composed of a discussion about the written test plus additional questions.
3. Only students passing the written test can ask for the oral examination.
4. Every topic discussed during the course and included in the Syllabus can be touched during the exam.
