Overview of parallel computing technology and programming methods; includes multiprocessor architectures, programming tools, parallel performance, parallel algorithms, and applications of parallel computing. Prerequisites: CSCE 315 and junior or senior classification or approval of instructor.

ADA Cluster access
You will be doing projects on ADA, a parallel computer at A&M. To sign up for an account, go to https://hprc.tamu.edu/wiki/index.php/Main_Page and click on 'Online Application for Cluster Access'. Apply as a student, and list CSCE 435 as your course. A basic account should be sufficient.
