FSS 4234C - SECTION B53A: Advanced Food Production

I have received a few emails from students asking if they need to attend both demos. As was mentioned in the first day of class and on the syllabus, there is a 20 point deduction for missing demo day, this is applicable to both demos. During the next few days, Chef Williams will reach out to a few students that are in danger of failing the class due to absence and/or missed assignments and posts. The semester is rapidly coming to an end; we have one demo, event #1 and event #2 and that's all she wrote. If anyone can not attend any of the remaining three classes, it is highly recommended that you drop the class and re-take in the fall on a full 16 week term.
