Safe & Secure

Your trust is a privilege that we prioritize first every day. To ensure we keep you trust and thousands of others, we've employed leading-edge technologies and practices to protect your credentials and everyone else's.

Industry-Leading Security

Piazza uses the same 256-bit encryption that the military and the most secure banks use. Our practices have been reviewed and our product has been audited by a leading third-party security consultancy firm.

Your Data

Piazza uses your LMS credentials for "read-only" services. We only use your LMS username and password to automatically import your class data from your LMS system into your Piazza class. Nothing else. Once this data is on Piazza, we protect this data under FERPA like we protect all user inputted data.
